We understand that this may all be new to you and your loved one. Assisted living for seniors can feel overwhelming at first but we’re here to navigate this challenging experience with your family in just three easy steps – met with care, compassion, and quality. Simply give us a call on our toll-free number at 1-877-497-2273 or on our main line at 562-430-2910. Once we have received your inquiry regarding home care for your loved one, we:
- Schedule an in-home or hospital appointment at any time convenient to you to assess the level of care needed at no cost or obligation. We observe the patient and see what kind of care they may need. We then discuss with the family the level of care and the corresponding cost of the service.
- Provide you with our Company Folder. Inside is the company’s brochure and a copy of our Bond, Liability, and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. You will also get a copy of our Hands-On-Care. It is a list of what to expect from your caregivers.
- Schedule caregivers for an interview, if you decide to avail of our services. It will be scheduled at a time and place convenient to the family. Once you have chosen your caregiver, we are now ready to start. The founders, Paul and Rachel (or any member of the family), will personally be there for you and ensure everything turns out well. If (for any reason) you find out that the caregiver is not performing to your expectation, we can change them and shall not stop until we have found the right match for the patient.
